1. Object
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the contractual relationships between:
- The Providers: Jean-Noël Hameau and Fabienne Hameau, independent teachers, offering online courses through the website moncapenvol.com and their respective structure JNH Apprendre Autrement (SIRET n° 828 456 384 00019) and Dis Comme Ci Dis Comme Ça (SIRET n° 991 105 313 00019 ).
- The Client: any natural or legal person (adult student or legal representative of a minor student) purchasing courses, modules, or subscriptions through the site.

3. Registration and access to courses
Registration is mandatory to access the services.
For minor students, registration and payment must be made by a legal representative.
The provided credentials (login, password) are personal and cannot be shared.
4. Prices and payment terms
The prices of the services are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
The payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the site (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
All orders are only validated after receipt of payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the course or digital access has already been fully consumed.
In the event of an express request to start the course before the end of the withdrawal period, the Client acknowledges waiving this right.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling of classes
Any cancellation of a private lesson by the Client must be reported at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise the lesson will be charged.
The Service Providers reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class in case of force majeure (technical failure, unavailability, illness...). In this case, a rescheduling or a refund will be offered.
7. Responsibilities
The Providers commit to delivering quality education and to providing the necessary technical resources.
The Client is responsible for having the required equipment (computer, stable Internet connection, video conferencing software).
The Service Providers cannot be held responsible for any interruption due to technical problems beyond their control (Internet outage, Client's equipment failure, etc.).
8. Intellectual property
All educational materials (documents, videos, recordings, exercises) provided remain the exclusive property of the Providers.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal Data Protection

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The present General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the service providers' domicile.
